CSPD AWARDS
OPI and CSPD Region II encourage you to nominate outstanding teachers and paraeducators in your area for these awards. Click on the links for the applications. All forms, including a picture of the nominee, are due by January 15, 2024 so the regional council can choose the winners in each category.
Each year, Region II CSPD honors paraprofessionals and teachers with the following awards:
Teri Fisk Paraeducator of the Year: The 2023 winner of this award is Amy Neckstad from Fairfield.
Paraeducator/Teacher Team of the Year: The 2023 winner of this award is the Havre Middle School Special Education Team.
Both of the above awards are presented to the individuals at the Montana Council for Exceptional Children Conference which is held each spring.
